Payment

Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted. Our site is a COMODO authentic site and is secured by SSL.
Personal Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order.
Please print out a copy of your order confirmation and include it with your payment. Payments should be made out to SuperMomz and mailed to the following address:

Please note personal checks must clear before orders can be shipped out. This could take up to 10 days.
Shipping
Orders are processed each week day (Monday through Friday) and orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment (but usually much sooner). Every effort is made to ensure that all items are in stock and ready to be shipped. In the case of an item being back ordered, you will be notified by email. You will be given the option to receive an immediate refund if you are not able to wait for delivery of the back ordered item.
Unless otherwise noted, orders are shipped using USPS. If you would prefer to use an alternate shipping method, please contact me for pricing prior to placing your order.

Please note that your package may be shipped using recycled packing materials. We strive to support recycling and the boxes we use to package your order may have been previously used. This practice not only supports our goal to be enviromentally friendly, but also keeps your shipping costs as low as possible.

Easy Exchanges and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your products, please contact me at julie@supermomz.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Exchanges and returns should be mailed as follows:

All exchanges and returns must be completed with 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned along with all original packaging and a copy of the original order confirmation. We are not able to accept items which are stained, have been worn, washed, used or smell of cigarette smoke.
Easy Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item and will be issued less shipping and handling charges. If shipping had been provided free of charge, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If items are being exchanged, customers will incur charges for shipping the original item back as well as charges for shipping the new item out. Free shipping will be provided if an error was made by SuperMomz and the wrong item was delivered.

Damaged Items
If your items have been damaged in transit, please notify me within 3 business days.
