Use the size of your nursing bra as a guide. For example, if you are wearing a nursing bra that is a 34-C, you would wear a Medium in our bras.
If you are the far edge of both the band size and the cup size (i.e. 36-D), you should go to the next size up (in the case of 36-D, you should choose a Large).

This is a must have! It is impossible to hold your pumps and do anything else at the same time. With this awesome invention, you can do almost anything at the same time, i.e tie a little ones shoes, read a magazine, talk on the phone, etc. I did find that I am unable to pump and put on makeup like the other review, I just couldn't "let down." Wearing this while pumping makes the time just fly by! I have started buying these as gifts for my friends who are expecting!
